Ashworth turned to The Scylla Group to produce multiple videos showcasing specific offerings and describe to tradeshow goers how and why their products continue to be in the forefront of belt technology and that they are still moving the industry forward.
Omni-Grid 360 Challenge
This multilingual video production was created to highlight one of their most popular products, the Omni-grid 360 Weld — the world’s only patented, Lotension grid-style belt.
This video highlights the three main product promises: sanitization, durability, and ease of cleaning, while also deep diving into why the Omni-Grid 360 is superior to alternative belts.
3D motion graphics were combined with real-life photography to illustrate the conceptual and performance elements of the Omni-Grid 360 weld.
This tradeshow video was also separated into 3 Featurettes for social media content in seven different languages, including: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, French, Chinese, and German.
SmartSpiral System

The SmartSpiral System, created by Ashworth, monitors multiple aspects of a spiral belt system across multiple plants in real-time and warns customers of impending belt failures or poor performance. Our challenge was to convey what the SmartSpiral Monitoring System is, how it works, and why it's a no-brainer for anyone responsible for belt systems engineering or operation. Belt operators should know that through implementing a proactive monitoring system, they could increase revenue by avoiding unnecessary downtime and keep their lines open to maximize productivity.
