Now, we're looking to expand our team with a dynamic Sales Director who can grow our client base and establish Scylla as the go-to partner for digital innovation.
About the Role
As our first Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in Scylla's growth. Your mission: generate new business opportunities, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and establish long-term client relationships. This position offers a competitive base salary with commission, giving you the opportunity to reap the rewards of your success while shaping the future of our sales strategy.
This is a full-time salaried position with benefits and a flexible work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Leverage LinkedIn, networking events, and other modern tactics to identify and target new accounts.
- Pipeline Management: Develop a structured and efficient pipeline strategy to ensure a steady flow of prospects.
- Client Engagement: Conduct outreach calls daily to uncover needs, build relationships, and present Scylla's tailored solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Shift the focus to the client's needs, asking insightful questions and delivering clear recommendations.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to create and execute a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with Scylla's goals.
- Workshops & Networking: Represent Scylla at workshops and industry events, showcasing our expertise and building connections.
Requirements
- Quota Achievement: Proven ability to meet a $250K quota within 6-12 months.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, account management, or project management, with a proven track record in professional services.
- Professional Expertise: Deep understanding of digital agency solutions and the ability to provide strategic advice to prospects.
- Personality Traits: Driven, personable, and knowledgeable. You love meeting new people, helping them solve challenges, and closing deals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to ask probing questions, listen actively, and engage prospects effectively.
- Self-Starter: Able to work independently and take initiative in crafting and executing sales strategies.
- Networking: Strong ability to build relationships and grow Scylla's presence through networking events.
Compensation
- Base Salary: Upon Request
- Commission:
- 5% on $0 - $250K
- 7% on $250K - $750K
- 10% on $750K - $1M
- Retirement: 401K + 3% Safe Harbor Contributions
- Vacation/Personal: 15/5 Days Respectively
- Holiday: 11.5 Days
